Formal wear is typically made from delicate fabrics and many times has detailed ornate beading, or fragile trim items. Garments of this type require special care and handling in the cleaning process. We are trained and have the expertise to properly clean and press even the most intricate of evening wear.

Attention to detail is a priority, from crisp, wrinkle free collars and cuffs to inspecting for and replacing missing or broken buttons at no charge.

Wedding Gowns

We will first clean the gown and contact you for your inspection of the gown prior to being boxed for safe-keeping. This will help ensure that all stains and concerns have been addressed prior to packaging. We package it in a specially designed gown box using acid free tissue paper at the folds to prevent wrinkling. With proper care, your gown will be a well-preserved keepsake for generations.

Alterations and Repairs

We offer a range of expert alterations from hem lengths, sleeve lengths, waist size and zippers. We also do expert repairs from sewing loose hems and seams to sewing on buttons and many of these minor repairs are done at no charge.

Cleaning Fragile and Delicate Garments

Cleaning fragile and delicate fabrics requires a specialized method of cleaning which often times involves implementing painstaking steps to protect against any possible harm to the item. We ask for a few more days to process this category of work due to the intricate and sometimes time consuming cleaning processes used.
